Within this training, you will develop a greater understanding of how to tackle the challenges associated with mental health. Walk away with a tool kit of resources, skills and research based strategies that help foster a positive change in the mental health outcomes of your workplace or community. You will gain an understanding of how to effectively communicate with someone regarding their mental health while learning key self-care strategies.
The program contains pre-reading, video and case study content, and self-reflection activities. There are also two live virtual classrooms where you will meet with the rest of your class and your facilitator to explore the content in more depth.
Your live virtual classroom sessions will run on:
Tuesday 10th November 7:00pm - 8:30pm AND
Tuesday 17th November 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Can’t attend the session?
The session will be recorded and placed on the learning platform the following day for you to watch in your own time. These video’s will be available for 2 months.
